EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

After receiving the order, the customer has a period of 30 days to return or exchange their item, from the date of dispatch, without the need to indicate the reason or reimbursement, in accordance with the law, namely , DL no. 24/2014, of February 14th .

Return costs are borne by Susana Barbosa in case of return and first exchange. In subsequent exchanges, shipping costs will be borne by the customer (except for quality reasons).
